I've been working in accounting for close to a decade, and have found payroll to be my true calling in life. But I've found that everywhere I go, the payroll industry can be filled with greed. Providers take on more clients than they can handle, and as a result, customer service goes down the drain.
That's why I started A&P Payroll Solutions.
My promise to you is that I will provide the best payroll service on the market. I keep my client base small, so that I can ensure personalized and timely service to each and every employer I work with.
Payroll is important! Not just to you as an employer, but to each of your employees and their families. I understand this importance. Payroll is the only service I offer. It's my number one priority.
PICTURE THIS: It's Friday night, 5:30PM. An angry employee is pounding on your office door, he forgot to punch in one day this week, and his paycheck was short. Do you:
A) Call your current payroll provider, knowing they're closed, and leave a message that they might return on Monday (if you're lucky).
B) Pull some cash out of your own wallet and hand it to him, hoping it's somewhat close to what's owed.
C) Log into your online portal with A&P Payroll Solutions, and run an additional paycheck for the difference in the hours. Use the tutorial in our online library if you need some help. Then print him a legitimate paycheck with the correct withholdings, right there on the spot.
Option C is my goal. I want to empower every one of my clients to be able to solve problems like this in real time, even if it's after hours or on the weekend. Let me give you the tools and support you need to ensure your payroll is taken care of.
I'm a wife and a mom of two young children, Peter and Arya (the namesakes for this business). I love to spend time outside. I have a huge garden and I enjoy cooking, canning, and preserving.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cazenovia College with a dual major in Accounting and Equine Business Management. I did general accounting/bookkeeping/payroll/income tax prep for a few years after graduating, and then switched exclusively to payroll almost 5 years ago.
